This is where I want to spend the bulk of my energy.  This is why I got the domain name in the first place.  But how to organize pictures of miniatures painted across five decades?  That will be the work in progress.

Further, some pictures I take are pretty horrible.  So, crop, trim, redo.  Then all the meta-information I have in my head or can track down.  When did I paint it?  What paints did I use?  What did I think of the mini?  Any memorable uses for it?  And so on.  All stuff to be added as I work my way through the stacks.

This from 2026.  One of my more recent efforts obviously.  Note that the sculpt quality has improved in the fifty years sine Grenadier released its yellow boxes. Specifically, the Well of Doom by Reaper.  Pardon the dog hairs in my light box.

This is how it started.  This fellow is a troll from Grenadier's Yellow Box Denizens of the Swamp.  There is a blog post waiting to happen about that.  But I only had three Polly S paints at the time - troll green, mud and dragon red.  So here you have it.   The original cardboard base I used died long ago, but the heavy satin varnish is making sure that this mini is preserved in all of it's novice glory.  I love that I still have him and can see how far I have come.
